The Hug

Taking inspiration from 17th century “les précieuses”, Sarah brought their emotion of sensibility and sensuality into a current context and mixed classic menswear with romantic textiles and shapes. A translation into romantic and sensual work that communicates closeness without human interaction. ‘It is about physicality, but without human touch, represented by hugs and grasps on the garments’.
